'Phoenix Rising, Time to Fly in a Limitless Sky'', a collection of works by five courageous women including myself; stories and memoirs of personal alchemy.
My memoir nestled like a sleeping dragon within the dynamic cover of the book is ironically called 'A Pearl From The Wreckage'. I document a disturbing yet significant part of my human journey to become evermore my true and authentic self. To fully choose life, own the power of my voice and support others to shine their light, stonkingly bright on their sacred journey homeward bound.
My song is woven through the book and has felt like the spine on which to hang the essence of me on my long journey, ‘back to life'.
The ebook version of the book will be launched on 20.11.21 at the Burning Woman Online Festival which I will be co-hosting with Olivia Beardsmore. The paperback copy is scheduled to be out at the end of this month. There will be a live interview with all the authors to share our experience of this journey... inviting you to step into the fires of transformation with us as you prepare your own beautiful feathers to rise up and take flight. Jenny Lynne Sessions
Jenny is a truly unique expression of life, a creative catalyst for change and transformation, with over 30 years in the healing arts. Jen-ix is widely recognised as a natural-born, song-led shaman, spiritual teacher, visionary, healer and transpersonal therapist. She runs international workshops offering one-to-one and bespoke group sessions. She is an author, radio presenter, poet, singer songwriter, channel for higher guidance and spiritual advancement, a transformational speaker and fire-walk instructor.
Honouring the interconnectedness of all life, the profound healing power of nature and the glorious gift of humour, she uses drum, voice and sacred song to harmonise discordant energy - A sonic process that activates and liberates healing within the land, a person or an animal’s energy field, opening multi-dimensional doorways through which to journey and heal.

Facing death in 2009, with a severely fractured spine, Jen-ix chose to re-commit to life with a new frequency, becoming her own medicine and turning trauma to treasure. This is what she teaches with passion, compassion and gratitude. Magic always surrounds her.
Olivia is a Fire Walking Instructor and Empowerment Coach with an unbridled, enthusiasm for life! Beneath her positive, infectious demeanour lies a burning fire of passion to empower others. She has guided hundreds of people through experiential workshops to witness their power and transform their lives.
Olivia is the founder of Burning Woman, a movement to bring woman together to share and support each other throughout life’s journey. With over a decade in the events industry, Burning Woman Festival was created, and women gathered from across the country to share an empowering and magical weekend, bringing an innate, wild happiness to their lives.
Olivia lives on a narrowboat with her two youngest children. She cherishes living a simple and uncluttered life on the water, surrounded by nature. Olivia loves feathers and art and is often found painting on swan feathers that she finds.
Sarah Nicholson
Sarah’s calling as Somatic Coach is to improve your quality of life by reminding you of your own unique and glorious self.
Where will your greatness lead you, if you give yourself permission to fuel your life with ever more unconditional self-acceptance and self-love? The accelerator to a more alive, connected and authentic life is shame free and unmanipulated communication of your truth.

Laura Exton
Laura is the Creatrix of Sacred Sister Gathering, passionate about bringing women together, to support deep healing of the sisterhood wounds that can hold us back from showing up to be our true authentic selves.
Through many life lessons and a career in the wellbeing industry spanning over 30 years, Laura has met many women, and listened to thousands of stories. Every woman needs a chance to be heard and to be encouraged to bring their voice into the open.
After more than a decade in the events industry, it was time to give every woman an inclusive platform to show up and be themselves, supporting women to recognise and own their unique and awesome self.
Laura is the proud co-creator of Sunnyside Retreat, where she lives in the countryside, and creates bespoke retreats and workshops. She lives with her soul mate Chris, two kids, and lots of rescued animals.
Selkie Wild
At a glance she is a mermaid, in our world she is a writer, artist, Ayurvedic yoga teacher specialising in pre/postnatal Ayurveda, women's circle keeper, Cacao ceremonialist, and ectopic pregnancy survivor. Dancing makes her bloom. Selkie thrives along quirky edges, roving with the rippling rhythms of shadows and light that we call life.
As a High priestess she teaches of the sacred feminine and goddess archetypes in her workshops and she facilitates women’s wellbeing and writing/poetry retreats across Europe and beyond. Additionally, Selkie is an editorial & social media assistant for Burning Woman Festival, and the Good Goddess Project.
Selkie is a published poet with Hecate Magazine’s BIRTH & DECAY Anthologies, Poetry Undressed, The C Word Mag, Wandering Autumn, Pressure Cooker Literary, and has articles published with Rebelle Society, We for Women Stories, Kindred Spirit Magazine, Yogi Approved and Elephant Journal.
